Writing is critical to effective communication within the company, online and personal worlds, but few can really do it well. Of course, everyone thinks that writing is easy, because they can put pen to paper and make words out of it. But when it comes to effectively communicate how you feel or what should be done to accomplish a task, that’s another story. There is a big difference between being able to write and be able to write effectively. If you want to know where it goes wrong for most people here are the most common mistakes that prevent effective communication in writing:

Do not consider the Public

Some people hear the word “public” and they limit it to books or movies, but any kind of writing has an audience, and the first and most important thing that the writer must understand, as it ready to communicate. Take for example, an instruction manual for how to connect a DVD player. One with extensive knowledge of interior and exterior work on the DVD player must realize that the world is an audience. And the world is filled with people who have either a forward or a very limited understanding. To communicate effectively with the target, a manual writer make things very clear and concise, careful not to leave any kind of action or to assume that a segment of the audience will have the knowledge that no other segment. But a lot of very smart people are not effective writers as they give all of this important aspect.

Do not repeat what they have written

Behind ignore your audience is probably the second major obstacle to effective writing. Often, the writer has assumed that just because he knew what was in his head, and did not realize there was an opening somewhere between what he thought and what was written. The correction is essential to effective writing, even the best writers out there, because it forces the writer to slow down and reconsider whether or not it presents its information in the best possible way.

If you want to learn to write effectively, you must understand that it is only able to write, or intelligence. It is taking the public, and looks up to scrutiny, and they communicate with each other.
